The owner of this online store REFUSEPLASTIC.TODAY is Little Wonders OÜ (reg. nr 14325869), located at Astangu 21/2-51, 13519 Tallinn, Estonia.
Validity of contract of sale
The conditions of sale apply to purchaser of goods from the online store between the purchaser at REFUSEPLASTIC.TODAY (hereafter referred to as ‘buyer’) and the online store.
In addition to these terms and conditions, legal relationships arising from the purchase of products from the refuseplastic.today web store are regulated by the Law of Obligations Act (LOA), the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and other legislation applicable in the Republic of Estonia.
The online store reserves the right to change the conditions of sale. These changes will be made available on the web page of online store REFUSEPLASTIC.TODAY
Product and price information
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to each product. The shipping fee is added to the price.
The shipping cost depends on the location of the buyer and the shipping method. The shipping cost is displayed when the buyer places the order. All orders over 65 euos are eligible for free delivery.
Product information is provided immediately next to the product in the online store.
The online store reserves the right to change the prices at any time. These changes will be made available on the web page of online store REFUSEPLASTIC.TODAY
If the order was placed prior to the change in the conditions of sale or/and in prices, the legal relationship between the buyer and the online store will be governed by T&C applicable at the time of placing the order.
Placing an order
To order the desired products, add them to your shopping cart. Fill in all required fields and select the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. To place an order, click on ‘Place an order’ link on the shopping cart page.
You can choose whether you wish to place a single order or do it as a regular customer (provided you are registered as a regular customer with us; you have an option to register as a regular customer at your convenience).
Please fill in all required information on the checkout page and select a suitable delivery method. Fill the information carefully, as the accuracy of the submitted data ensures fast and smooth delivery of your order and subsequent settlement of potential disputes and complaints.
The total cost will then be displayed on the screen. You can pay for your order via online bank transfer or using another offered payment method.
Orders placed via the online store are processed on workdays (Monday-Friday 8:00-19:00). Orders placed after 14:00 on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.
Contract taking effect
With the contract of sale, the online store refuseplastic.today undertakes to deliver to the consumer available goods as well as the goods that the online store will obtain in the future and to transfer their ownership to the consumer, whereas the consumer undertakes to pay to the online store for the goods in the amount indicated on the invoice and to accept the goods.
Orders that have not been paid for within 5 business days of being placed will be cancelled by the online store.
The contract takes effect when the transfer of payable amount to the bank account of the online store is completed.
The buyer bears the shipping cost, the respective information on which is displayed next to the shipping method.
Shipments within Estonia are guaranteed to arrive to the buyer within 1-5 business days after the contract takes effect. All shipments outside Estonia are guaranteed to arrive within 14 calendar days.
We have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases, of which the buyer will be promptly notified.
Delivery times indicated on the online store’s website apply from the moment of the contract taking effect, that is, from the moment the online store receives the payment for a given order on its bank account.
In order to avoid delays in delivery, the buyer is required to fill the order forms carefully and submit an accurate and valid delivery information.
Upon the contract taking effect, the online store puts the order together and forwards it to the logistic company for delivery.
The online store does not hold responsibility for a delay in delivery if the order was handed over to the delivery partners on time, but delivery was delayed due to circumstances the online store was not able to foresee or control.
After receiving an order, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into at the web store within 14 days. To return the product, please write about your wish to do so to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the order number, the client details and what products you wish to return.
The goods subject to return must be undamaged, unused and in its original package.
The goods can be returned by sending them to the Kadaka Selver Smartpost parcel machine, Akadeemia Konsum DPD or Omniva parcel machine, with the recipient's number 56662174. Upon returning the goods, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. If the buyer uses the return code, the shipping cost will be deducted from the amount returned according to the refuseplastic.today price list.
If your purchase is eligible for free delivery (starting from an order worth €65 and more), but a partial return of the goods reduces the amount below the free delivery rate, the cost of shipping the goods will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If you have received the wrong goods or if the goods have been damaged during transport, please contact email@example.com.
The online store refuseplastic.today returns the purchase amount to the consumer immediately upon receipt of the return application, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods to the refuseplastic.today address.
If the good deficiencies occur, the buyer has the right to turn to the online store within two months, providing the invoice of the purchase, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and including the name of the person who placed the order, phone number, order code and the exact description of non-compliance or deficiency of the product.
Complaints regarding non-compliance or deficiency of a product should be submitted within two months of detecting the deficiency or non-compliance.
All complaints are reviewed, and buyers are contacted as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the complaint was received.
The repair or replacement of the defective or non-compliant goods shall be agreed between the online store and the buyer. Costs of repair are handled by the online store. The online store does not hold responsibility for the defects that arose due to a buyer’s fault, either due to improper storage or non-intended use.
If goods bought from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible and the defects are not subject to a fix as suggested by the online store, the online store will replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be replaced, the online store shall return to the buyers the payment involved in the contract of sale.
Right to appeal.
If the online store has refused to settle a complaint from the buyer or the buyer is not satisfied with the proposed solution and finds that their rights have been violated or interests damaged, the buyer may file a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Commission through the Consumer Protection Board or turn to the court. Consumers can file complaints themselves or through a representative. Information about the Consumer Protection Commission can be found on the website of the Consumer Protection Board. For the settlement of problems arising in the Member States of the European Union, contact the European Consumer Centre.
The online store is not liable for the damage caused to the consumer or for delivery delays if the damage or delay is caused by circumstances that the online store could not foresee or control.
Processing of personal data
The online store only uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email, and bank details) for processing order and sending goods to the buyer. The online store forwards personal data to the carrier service provider in order to deliver the goods.
The online store has the right to use the consumer’s residence or email address for sending advertisements and other information (newsletters) to the buyer.
The purchaser is able to opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their email address at any time by letting us know via email email@example.com or by following the instructions in an email containing an offer, unless it is necessary for the recovery of a claim arising from the contract or for the delivery of the goods.
The use of electronic personal data for direct mail only takes place if the Buyer has given his or her separate consent.
When paying for purchases with banks with encrypted data communication, the Buyer ensures the security of personal bank IDs and there is no access to them in the Online Store.
